Q. Do you have a service level agreement?
A. Yes, we do.  Our service level agreement clearly describes what services we will provide as part of the monthly JUPIX subscription together with:

  1. guarantees about system availability (>99.9%)
  2. ownership of data (it’s all yours)
  3. how to terminate the JUPIX service (1 months notice)
  4. our security policy and conformity to the Data Protection Act 1988
Q. Can I cancel my subscription and what happens to my data?

A. You can cancel your JUPIX subscription at any time . We will provide all of your agency data in a workable format – be that in a series of spreadsheets or in text files that can be used for importing in to another system.  This is not a service we charge for.

Out of courtesy, we will retain your data for 6 months after the subscription ends, in case you need to get to it for reference or cross checking purposes.  Access to this data is not charged.

Q. Do you design websites?
A. Yes, we do.  Our graphic design team is made up from creative talent we have in-house and through a number of trusted partners who are often freelancers or small graphic design houses.  Depending on your requirements and your budget we can help you begin or dramatically enhance your online presence.
Q. Do you host websites?
A. Yes, we do.  As part of the standard JUPIX subscription, hosting of a single domain is included (www.youragency.com).  If you need us to host more than one site, then we can simply add the relevant number of hosting accounts to your subscription.
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. All of our staff work between 8.45am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.  Currently, we do not offer weekend telephone support, however all queries can still be logged by users in our support system and they are given a priority response every Monday.  This policy is continually under review, inline with our customer expectations.
Q. What about product upgrades?

A. JUPIX is an evolving product that is being continually worked on by our development team.  Much of our work involves looking at what new technologies can be brought to bear inside JUPIX to make it easier and more intuitive to use.  We are always open to suggestion from our subscribers on how to enhance the product –  and every feature request is carefully considered. 

All product upgrades are deployed as part of the JUPIX subscription, at no additional charge.
