Offers in JUPIX are generated from Viewings, or can be entered from scratch if needs must.  The advantage of converting a Viewing to an Offer is that the client, property and applicant records are pulled through, preventing duplication and ensuring that all the history files are kept in tact.  This way, a negotiator can see at a glance what offers have taken place whether they are looking at a property file, a client card or at a list of Offers.
