Text messages are similar to emails.  They are delivered directly to a mobile phone through the JUPIX system.  Furthermore, they can be used in property matching, ad-hoc mailouts and sending timely or important messages to any type of Client
or Contact.

When you have purchased your credits online they will appear in your JUPIX account within one hour.

Professional Services

Professional service credits are used to pay for work that we carry out on your behalf which falls outside of the JUPIX subscription service. 

If you in any doubt about the number of credits you need to purchase, contact our support team and quote the relevant Ticket number.

 

Website Deposit

For those customers who have ordered either a new website or our overhaul service, a deposit payment is required to verify intent.

When you have successfully paid your website deposit we will initiate a new Ticket and begin the work.
